Job Description: The ERP Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and technology, especially in ERP environments, and will be responsible for optimizing and configuring the system to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into detailed system requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate the ERP system’s effectiveness and propose enhancements to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Configure, test, and maintain the ERP system to ensure it meets the organization’s needs.
• Assist in the integration of the ERP system with other business applications.
• Provide ongoing support and training to ERP system users.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including system configurations, data mapping, and process flows.
• Monitor the ERP system’s performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various business units and IT teams.
• Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of best practices in ERP architecture and business applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
