Job Description: As a Business Analyst at Apex Informatics, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements for projects, enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis, process analysis, and requirement analysis to capture business needs.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
• Work closely with IT teams and management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Support project management by preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting project information to aid decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and strategy development.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience in working with senior decision-makers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need.
